In its first incarnation, the platform enabled grantees to record expenditures and produce financial reports, while empowering the contracting authority to monitor progress and validate incoming reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2010, EGREG powered <strong>EuroMED Youth IV<\/strong> (the predecessor of Erasmus+). We enhanced the management module with new dashboards and reporting tools, and introduced an online proposal-submission workflow so applicants could complete and track their own applications in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the platform was deployed in Jordan under the <strong>\u201cSupport to Research, Technological Development and Innovation\u201d project (SRTD II)<\/strong>, both the application and management modules received targeted tweaks. Workflows were streamlined to fit local regulations, user roles were refined, and performance optimizations ensured smooth operation even under heavy loads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A major milestone arrived in 2017, when <strong>JCP SRL<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>now ItDevConnect<\/strong> &#8211; (in consortium with ECORYS Polska) used EGREG to oversee the entire \u20ac95 million <strong>EEA &amp; Norway Grants Fund (Youth Employment &amp; Regional Cooperation)<\/strong>.
