During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, EGREG provided by JCP (now ItDevConnect) enabled the remote management of a €4 million EU-funded programme supporting 78 projects and 137 civil society organisations (CSOs) across Jordan. Operated by Expertise France, the programme focused on strengthening social protection and replacing institutional care with community-based alternatives.

- Managed three calls for proposals (two in 2-step, one in 1-step format)
- Enabled online assessment of Concept Notes and Full Applications
- Supported contracting workflows
- Facilitated project monitoring, including validation of reports and requests
